This is the best Banana Bread that I've ever had!!1/2 c Oil
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
3T. Milk
3 Bananas
1t. Vanilla
Combine in Separate Bowl~
2 c Flour
1t. Baking Soda
1/2t. Baking Powder
1/2t. Salt
Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased bread pan. Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes, don't let it over bake!
~ I double the recipe and pour it into three 8"x 4 1/2" pans.
~ I also sprinkle Crystallized Cane Sugar on top of the bread before putting it into the oven!

Yum!! My older sister and I LOVE to bake--Especially a sweet bread....this looks SO good! Hmmm...I think we even have some bananas that need to be used up!
