Pineapple Upside Down Cake

1/2c (1 stick) butter
1/2c brown sugar
1 cake mix (white or yellow)
1 can of pinapple (rings or chunks)
Melt butter and sugar in 9"x13" pan. Stir together and lay pineapple down on top. Make the cake mix and then pour over the pineapple. Follow the cake mix's instructions for baking. For more flavor in the cake, you can use pineapple juice instead of water when you're making the cake batter~
I tend to forget about this recipe because it is SO easy, but it tastes delicious:)

The recipe looks delicious,one thing that's also good is to put cherries in the middle of the pineapple.I had it like that for one of my Birthdays:-)
